BASN MTPro 14.5mm Planar HiFi in ear monitor Headphones (Blue)

These BASN MTPro in Ear Monitors come in a very giftable box (outer and inner) and the inner box is metal and provides good protection for the device and accessories (2 cords, adapter, various ear piece sizes and ear piece remover, cleaning brush). The ends of the cords are designed to flex and fit comfortably over the ears, and they snap into the earbuds, so a cord can be replaced with the included extra pair if anything happens to one. These are a simple an affordable consumer option for a plug and play system, and the numerous ear piece tips in both silicone and foam ensure that something will fit very well in your ear. The decibel level is reduced significantly (not fully) with the foam pieces especially. These seem to work really well for the cost, and because they are not wireless, there is no interference or poor transmission.

These are like Mini Sundaras, but with better bass and honestly maybe a better soundstage. I don't know how they're getting such a wide soundstage out of IEMs, but they really are the widest I've heard from an IEM.

Okay so really the tuning on the BASN MTPROs is much thicker than the Sundaras, but I really dig it! They have great bass extension, relaxed mids, and just enough sparkle in the treble. The lower bass is so good. It has the slam that immediately makes you pay attention and pulls you into a song, nothing gets muddy or boomy. It's really lovely. The mids are a little recessed in the mix and you might not be able to pick out every lyric when a lot is going on, but they're also smooth so nothing is shouty or sibilant. These in-ears aren't trying to murder my hearing with too many decibels in the mids like the other IEMs I recently tried, so I'll take the trade off. The energy picks back up in the treble and you get some air, which helps with the wide soundstage.

These also excel for movies and gaming. The soundstage feels very 3D and the imaging is very good. In FPS games in particular, I knew where footsteps were coming from and the sound of my own gun wasn't overly loud so I could still hear enemies flanking. Grenades are on the loud side so you might briefly lose track of an enemy's footsteps, but man is that BOOM immersive! Sadly, the second cable with the in-line mic is not good for gaming and my friends hated it so I have to get a 3rd party mic attachment.

All-in-all, I love the sound, the build quality is solid and they give you a ton of accessories. Highly recommended!

Watched so many videos and read lots of reviews before ordering these.
I have planer over the ear headphones and was amazed at the sound which sent me to hunt for IEMs.
Oddly after 3 hours of listening the sound seemed to improve. ( Burn in or my ear maybe adjusted to the fit )
Using a Sony NW-WM1AM2 player is a perfect match.
Comfort after 2hrs starts to become an issue for me....
Otherwise glad I purchased them.

I picked these after reading dozens of reviews online and they seemed like excellent value.

The box they come in is beautiful. The set-up illustrations have the instructions below them written in unnecessarily tiny red font, but it's all self-explanatory.

I connected the cable, inserted the tips, plugged in my DAC, and got ready to listen to my favorite playlists on TIDAL and DEEZER.

These earbuds produce a clear, neutral, and balanced sound. There is a clear separation of all instruments, and the earbuds seem like they would be good for analytical listening. The bass has a good presence, but it's clear and controlled, not muddy. The snare really comes forward in most tracks I heard so far. I wonder if it will tire my ears out in longer listening sessions, but for now I enjoy the level of detail they reveal.

I am not an audiophile so cannot say much more than that I like the set and look forward to listening more. The quality of construction is evident and the whole set is an excellent value at this price point.
